Our team at Weitzman City Hotels Ltd., the operator of “BabyLis Newborn Hotel” (the “Hotel”), values the privacy of our customers and takes steps to protect their privacy and the safety of their information. We hereby undertake to comply with the “Privacy Policy” detailed below.
Anything stated herein in the masculine form shall refer to all genders.
The objective of this Policy is to explain how we operate in regard to your privacy, and how we use the personal information (as defined by law, the “Personal Information”) provided to us by you or collected by us in the framework of our engagement and your stay at the Hotel.
The Privacy Policy is an addition to the general Terms & Conditions to which you agree and accept when making a reservation and/or staying at the Hotel, and anything stated herein shall be added thereto without detracting therefrom and shall form an integral part thereof.
In this Policy, the terms “you” or “your” shall refer to all users of the Hotel’s services and the Personal Information and other information relating thereto.

The information we collect and store about you
We collect and store information about you when we provide you with various services at your request, in the normal course of business of managing the Hotel. Among other things, we collect and store the information provided by you while browsing our website, in the process of making the reservation, in the process of reception at the Hotel (Check-in), during your stay at the Hotel, and when paying and leaving the Hotel (Check-out). Additionally, information can and will be collected when making a call to our call center, making a purchase or ordering on our website, visiting the Hotel whether as a guest or as a visitor, from travel agents, from various consumer clubs, survey companies and various service providers with whom we work; and all whether the above is carried out directly and/or indirectly through third party systems and/or business partners and/or third parties associated with the Hotel.
You are not obligated to provide us with this information, but unfortunately in some cases if you do not provide us with this information, we will not be able to provide you with the services requested by you. For example, you will not be able to make a reservation at the Hotel without providing the Personal Information requested in the reservation process.
In this framework, we can collect, among other things, the following information about you:
Your full name, your address, your email address, phone number and other contact information, details about your country of citizenship, vehicle number that you own/with which you arrived at the Hotel, details about your ID number/driver’s license/passport, credit card info, financial information about you and about the purchases you made at the Hotel, your reservation history and stay at the Hotel, details about your family members, including your children, details about people who stayed with you at the Hotel, special requests and demands accompanying your stay at the Hotel, activities and/or treatments purchased by you during your stay, certain food sensitivities that you have informed us about, medical information that you chose to share with us during your stay at the Hotel, and any other details you shared with us during your stay at the Hotel, directly or indirectly.
Furthermore, the public areas in the Hotel and its facilities are recorded by our closed-circuit security cameras (CCTV) in order to ensure your safety and the safety of the employees and staff of the Hotel. We keep the recordings for no more than 30 days in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
Furthermore, by connecting to the Hotel’s Internet network and/or our website, the Hotel’s systems (including third-party systems operated by and for the Hotel), may collect information about your login details, the device you used to log in, your IP address, etc. This information will be used by us, among other things, for the purpose of improving our service and website.
Use of Cookies
Our website uses “cookies” and other and similar technological means (Cookies) for the purpose of its ongoing and proper management and for the purpose of improving the services provided thereon. Cookies are small files that are embedded in the browser and/or device of the user browsing the website, used by the website and the systems operating on it, to identify the user and collect information about the user’s behavior on the website.

In addition, we use your information for statistical and aggregative purposes, together with information of other customers, for the purpose of improving the service and optimizing our operations at the Hotel, while maintaining your privacy and reducing the use of your personal info where possible.
Finally, we may make use of the contact information you provide to us in order to send you marketing, commercial and other offers, notices about promotions and special events, a promotional newsletter and periodic updates and adapting these offers to your needs. And all subject to the provisions of the law, and after receiving your consent where such is required. In any case, if you do not want to benefit from these marketing offers and promotions, you can of course contact us and request that we remove you from our mailing lists.
The legal basis for the collection and processing of your information by us can be one or more of the legal bases recognized by law (in Israel and internationally), including, among others, the existence of a contract between us and the provision of services according to your request, protection of our business and legitimate interests, fulfillment of a legal obligation or obtaining your consent.
The information you disclose to us is stored in our systems and databases for a variable period, in accordance with our business interests and the provisions of the law. This period will be determined, among other things, in accordance with our need to provide you with better service in the future and during future stays at the Hotel, to offer you commercial and marketing offers as mentioned above and to fulfill our legal obligations as well as to ensure our legal interests in any case of a future claim and/or conflict, if any.
Security and protection of your information
We are committed to ensure the security and protection of your information and use acceptable and appropriate security measures in order to secure and protect the integrity and confidentiality of the information stored in our systems. However, and similar to any other system, we cannot fully and completely guarantee the safety of our systems, and therefore we do not guarantee that our databases will be completely immune from any intrusion and/or unauthorized access.
We ensure that any transfer of information to a third party as part of and for the purpose of our business activity, will be subject to processes and procedures that ensure that those third parties implement and adopt adequate and sufficient security procedures and measures.
Providing information to third parties
We may transfer the Personal Information you provide to us to third parties in order to provide you with services, for example for the purpose of registering a Hotel reservation. We may also transfer your Personal Information to third parties in other contexts, such as when we are legally obligated to do so or when we are permitted to do so in accordance with the provisions of the law and our commercial interests.
In addition, as part of our current activities, we may be supported by and/or make use of external systems and providers that provide us with various services.
In any such case, we make sure to use providers and systems with a high level of security and privacy protection, and we also make sure that only the information necessary for carrying out the requested operations will be transferred to that external provider, subject to its undertaking to protect the confidentiality of the information as required, and subject to receiving guarantees and undertakings as required by law.
Information inspection, correction and deletion
According to the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, every person has the right to inspect the information stored in the database relating thereto. You have this right as well. If you inspect the information stored by us in respect of you and find that it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated, you may contact us with a request to correct the information or to delete it. In addition, and to the extent that the information refers to direct mailing services to you (as defined by law), you may demand that we delete your contact information from our database. In this case, we will delete the information used for the purpose of sending you commercial offers, but other information about you may continue to be stored in our systems and databases in accordance with the provisions of the law. Such inquiries can be directed to us using the email address listed at the beginning of this Policy.
We will respond and reply to your inquiry as soon as possible. If we reject your request, you may apply to the Magistrate Court in accordance with the provisions of the law and request that we be ordered to fulfill your request.
Residents of the European Union may have additional rights in accordance with the provisions of European regulations; if this applies to you, you are welcome to contact us with any such matter.
Update and change of the Privacy Policy
We may change and update the Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made to the terms of the Privacy Policy that refer to the Personal Information stored by us, a notice will be published on our website. By using and continuing to use our website, staying at our Hotel and purchasing our services, you accept and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, and to the changes made thereto from time to time.
