Parts of the website and these Terms & Conditions are worded in male gender for convenience only, but are intended for both women and men.

Reservations are possible by contacting the hotel by phone at 03-7770003 or through this site. By booking accommodation through this site, an individual declares that it has read these T&Cs and agrees to all their provisions and terms, and that it and/or anyone on its behalf will not hold the site liable for any claim and/or demand and/or suit, whether directly and/or indirectly, against the site and/or against the hotel and/or anyone on their behalf, arising from the reservation process, including the provision of necessary information for this purpose. This also applies to any issues related to the execution of the reservation.

Any person booking accommodation through this site will be required to enter its personal details, including ID number or passport number and credit card number and subject to the foregoing, the Company undertakes to honor such booking. Entering false personal information will result in legal action being taken against the applicants, including filing claims for damages that may be caused to the site and/or the hotel and/or anyone acting on their behalf. Credit card details entered through the website are for the purpose of securing the reservation only. The actual credit card charge will only be made upon arrival at the hotel, or pursuant to the cancellation policy. Concurrently, the hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card and may also request pre-authorization from the credit card company for the amount equivalent to the first night’s stay at the hotel. Upon completion of the booking process, the customer will receive an automatic email message confirming the execution of the booking. The customer must print the contents of such message and present it to the hotel reception upon arrival.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The prices listed on the site are in NIS and include VAT.
2. The customer’s stay at the hotel will commence on the date of arrival at 14:00 and terminate at 12:00 on the date of departure. Arrival and/or departure not in accordance with the aforementioned hours is subject to prior approval of the hotel management and subject to an additional fee.
3. A reservation through the hotel site is only possible for adults over the age of 18. Accommodation for children and adolescents under the age of 18 is only possible when accompanied by an adult over 21 years of age.
4. The images on the site are for illustration purposes only and are not binding of the Company and the hotel.
5. The Company will refrain as far as possible from providing a User’s personal information to third parties, unless it is obligated to do so by judicial order or if it faces a threat of legal action (criminal or civil) against it for actions performed by a User on the Company’s website. In such case, the Company may provide the User’s details to the party claiming to have been harmed by the user or pursuant to the provisions of a judicial order.
6. User declares that it is aware that upon entering the details of the purchase it will be included in the Company’s database. The Company shall be entitled to use the purchase details for the purpose of improving the services it offers to Users on the site as well as to contact users by regular mail, e-mail as well as any other means of communication, and for adapting the site to its personal needs and preferences, all as specified in the site’s Privacy Policy. A User’s purchase details will be removed from the Company’s database if such User informs the Company explicitly and in writing that it does not wish to be included in the Company’s database.
7. The information is displayed on the website ”as is“. The Company is not responsible for adapting the information to a Use*r’s needs and is not responsible for a User being unable to use the information for any reason. The User alone shall bear liability for the manner in which it makes use of the information. The Company does everything possible to ensure that the information is correct and as accurate as possible, but the information does not purport to constitute a comprehensive, complete or detailed analysis of all the topics specified therein.
8. E&OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted)

Terms for placing a reservation:

1. The registration process (reservation) does not constitute confirmation of a reservation at Baby Lis Hotel. A reservation confirmation will be sent in a separate email after filling out a reservation request, including an advance charge of NIS 500 and a conversation with the hotel representative.
2. Making a reservation will guarantee you a hotel room during the period of hospitalization (period of hospitalization: 5-48 hours for a regular birth, and 20-72 hours for a cesarean birth).
3. In order to ensure your reservation, a deposit of NIS 500 will be charged to the credit card entered in the system. The credit card will be charged only after a phone call from the hotel to review the details of the reservation. The balance will be payable on the checkout date. The card will be charged regardless of the estimated date of birth and will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation policy specified below.
4. Payment in cash, in accordance with the cash law or by credit card only.
5. A child up to the age of 12 free of charge including full board, upon reservation of a mini suite or suite. (The benefit is limited to one child only). Additional charge children aged 4-12: 150 ₪ per night.
6. The hotel reserves the right to cease accepting reservations based on the occupancy levels of the hotel rooms. Please note that the room type in your reservation cannot be guaranteed since your arrival time at the hotel is estimated.
7. Reception commences at 14:00, evacuation of rooms by 12:00 during all weekdays, including Saturdays and holidays.
8. Please inform us of your arrival to the delivery room and once again following the birth on WhatsApp number 050-4099944 or by phone 03-7770003.
9. The transfer to the hotel is subject to obtaining medical permits from the medical staff at the Lis Hospital.

The hotel stay is from 14:00 to 12:00 on the date of departure. Arrival and/or departure not in accordance with the aforementioned hours is subject to prior approval of the hotel management and subject to an additional fee.

Cancellation terms:

1. If a reservation is canceled within 14 days of booking, but not less than 7 days prior to the estimated date of birth, the booking will be canceled without a cancellation fee and the advance refunded to you.
2. A reservation cancellation request can only be made in writing to the following email address: [email protected]
3. If your transfer to the hotel is not possible due to non-receipt of a medical certificate for you and/or the newborn, the advance will be refunded to you less a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100 of the transaction amount, whichever is lower.
4. Cancellation for any other reason not specified above will result in a charge amounting to the advance paid, plus charges for benefits granted, depending on the package booked.

* * A medical reason regarding an expectant mother/neonatal implies the presentation of a medical document/memorandum signed by a gynecologist/neonatal physician at Lis Hospital which explicitly states that the expectant mother is not fit for transfer to the Baby Lis Maternity Hotel.
