NINA Restaurant
We pay attention to a balanced menu, directed by the hotel’s chef, who in his choices not only considers taste, but also health requirements, in particular those of women who have just given birth. The meals are served in the hotel restaurant or by personal delivery to the hotel room, depending on your choice of restaurant menus. In addition, you can find vegan and gluten-free options on the menu. Additional family members can join you for meals ordered in advance with hotel staff.

NINA Restaurant is led by chefs Liron Greenberg and Tchelet Portman, who combine creativity, precision, and locally sourced ingredients with special attention to the needs of new mothers and their companions, creating a refined, healthy, and balanced culinary experience.
Liron Greenberg is a chef, senior lecturer at Danon Culinary School, and a culinary consultant for MasterChef Israel.
Tchelet Portman is a chef and an honors graduate of the Fashion Design Department at Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art.
Together, they own the boutique catering company “Liron & Tchelet.” They developed their culinary approach while working in renowned kitchens in New York, Italy, and Tel Aviv. For nearly five years, they have been business partners, cooking and creating memorable culinary experiences at private dinners and events in Israel and around the world.
For Liron and Tchelet, cooking is a way to nourish people and bring them joy—a purpose that becomes especially meaningful when cooking for women during pregnancy and after giving birth. In their words, it is easy to forget about ourselves in the midst of everyday life, but during pregnancy and the postpartum period, it is especially important to take care of yourself and nourish your body properly.
For them, the ultimate food for a woman after giving birth is real, delicious food—whether it is a comforting pot of meatballs, an excellent pasta dish, a vegetable stew, or pan-seared fish. The food should be nourishing, light, satisfying, and, above all, so delicious that you want to take another bite.
They bring this same culinary philosophy to the menu they have created for new mothers at the Baby Lis Hotel.
